Industry Integration & Scaling
We aim to create 10 corporate partnerships by 2030 across three priority sectors (e.g. coffee, palm oil, built environment) to integrate biochar into existing industrial value chains.

Education, Capacity Building & Global Networking
We will train 2,000 individuals by 2030 via webinars, workshops, training programs, and support institution-level biochar curricula. -
Policy, Advocacy & Climate Influence
IBI advocates biochar’s inclusion in climate strategies, carbon markets, national policies, and regulations. We aim to participate in 20 international climate forums by 2030 to influence decision-makers.
