The 2nd International Conference on Biochar Research and Application & The 7th Asia Pacific Biochar Conference (ICBRA&APBC)

Amidst the global crises of food, energy, and environment, biochar science and technology have garnered unprecedented attention worldwide as one of the strategies to address these challenges. The unique physical and chemical properties of biochar make it highly valuable in various fields such as soil, environment, and ecology. In order to promote research and application in key areas such as advanced carbonization equipment, biochar modification techniques, high-value biochar-based product creation, and carbon sequestration and emission reduction methodologies, and to facilitate international academic exchanges, the 2nd International Conference on Biochar Research and Application & The 7th Asia Pacific Biochar Conference (ICBRA&APBC) will be held in Shenyang by Biochar Editorial Office and Shenyang Agricultural University from September 20th to 22nd, 2024.

This conference will invite experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and researchers from domestic and international fields related to biochar technology to jointly explore the practical applications and development trends of biochar technology, and propose effective solutions to promote the global application and development of biochar technology, thus making a positive contribution to sustainable development for humankind.
