The US Geological Survey will soon advertise an opportunity for postdoctoral research in biochar at the Denver Federal Center. This is a two-year research project with support funding for studies on nutrient sorption by biochar, components that leach from biochar, and detection of pyrogenic materials in soils, sediments and water.
